As One At 10 - Paying the Debt of Love - Sunday 22nd March 2020

You are invited to join us to be ‘As One at 10’ on Sunday morning... to continue to keep that time set aside to for God in prayer, worship and by opening His word - with the whole church family - but to do so at home with your household, or wherever you happen to be.

Questions for Discussion

1. How have you experienced the love of Christ in your life in recent weeks?
2. How does the death and resurrection of Jesus shape our understanding and practice of love for people?
3. Who are your neighbours during this time when most of the country is staying at home?
4. What can you do as a family/household/friend to love others during the next few months?

 
Activity Response Ideas

1. Put together a list of people that you can pray for or offer practical care to in the weeks to come – stick it to the fridge door or somewhere you will see it.
2. If you want to do this more creatively, why not create a “prayer-bin”of names to pray for and if you have children then daily pull one or two out to prayer for.  You could do this using lolly sticks by writing names on them and decorating each one and then keeping them in a jam-jar on the kitchen table.
3. If appropriate could you create a card to post through the doors of two or three neighbours offering help and prayer.
