On 14th July Rev. Rene August will be talking about the collaboration between two of our mission partners, The Warehouse and Tearfund. A brief introduction in the morning will be followed by tea in the afternoon at 4:30pm.

You are invited to join us on Tuesday 9th July at 7:30pm to hear Babu, founder of CHIT (Children's Homes India Trust - one of our mission partners) to learn more about their work and to meet with Babu.
Join filmmaker Andrew Panton at 6pm on July 6th 2019 as he talks about a new film “Attack On The Sorpe Dam” which features last British Dambuster George “Johnny” Johnson. The talk will include a preview of the trailer and some excerpts from the film which recounts George “Johnny” Johnson’s story of the famous World War Two ‘Dambusters’ operation.
Andrew will be joined onstage by George “Johnny” Johnson who will provide a first hand account of the attack as he experienced it on the night of May 16/17th 1943.
The talk will last approximately 1 hour 30 mins and will include a question and answer session.
(Note: all profits from the event will go towards the production of the film. George Johnny Johnson appears subject to health. In the unlikely event he is unable to attend, the event will go ahead with additional material. Tickets are non-refundable)

We will continue with revised opening hours until the end of the school term (Friday 19th July) and then will close for during the summer as we prayerfully consider our way forward.

Mike (our lovely Café Manager) moves on to pastures new at the end of May. We will be holding a barbecue to say farewell on Sunday 2nd June at midday.
